You are not entitled to wages or benefits from the facility or St. John's United while you are undergoing this program. If you do gain work with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Elder Sharath immediately adhering to the successful completion of the course, St. John's will reimburse $400 of your class fees throughout one year if you are still utilized and you are in good standing.
